I'm currently a senior at Southern Adventist University, finishing up my degree in Elementary Education (I graduate in December 2025!). I’m especially passionate about Montessori learning and plan to pursue that path after graduation.

In my free time you'll find me sketching wildflowers, catching bugs, or playing with my dog. I started Magpie because I wanted to create a safe space for kids to explore the outdoors and gain a deeper understanding and love for God's Creation. I’ve always believed that the best learning happens outside and that there's no better text book than Mother Nature.
